Studium der Kunst und Mathematik und Deutsch an der Universit\u00e4t-Gesamthochschule Essen. Lehrt\u00e4tigkeit an der Grundschule M\u00fchlried. K\u00fcnstlerbeirat und Gestaltungst\u00e4tigkeit in der Kunstschule Pennello \u2013 Kunst &amp; Bewegung, Gerolsbach. Kunstwerke in Privatbesitz. Ausstellungen in \u00f6ffentlichen und privaten Institutionen.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Koch malt abstrakt, experimentell auf Leinwand in Acryl kombiniert mit Collagen, Pigmenten, Naturfarben, Tusche, \u00d6lkreiden. Sie probiert stets neue Dinge aus, l\u00e4sst sie in den Bildern zu, verwirft das Ergebnis aber auch wieder ohne zu z\u00f6gern. Ihre gro\u00dfe Leidenschaft ist die Bewegung im Bild. Da sie selbst gerne segelt war es ihr bald ein Bed\u00fcrfnis dieses Erlebnis darzustellen. In der Ausstellung sind die Gef\u00fchle beim Segeln zu sehen und nicht das Segelboot aus der Entfernung. Der Kampf und das sich Einlassen mit den Elementen, genauso wie im Einklang mit der Natur dahin zu gleiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bilder sind vielschichtig, teils lasiert, dann wieder deckend in vielen Farbschichten entstanden. Daraus ergibt sich eine gro\u00dfe Farb \u2013 und Formvielfalt.<\/p>\n<p>Ihre Farben stellt sie mit Pigmenten selbst her. Im Atelier sieht es dann manchmal aus wie in einer Hexenk\u00fcche. Dort wird Ton, Asche, Dachziegel, Nescaf\u00e9 gem\u00f6rsert, anger\u00fchrt mit H\u00e4nden oder mit Lappen und Pinseln aufgetragen, verwischt oder auch weggewischt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure
